If you are using an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc) the system strips any location based data from the image, which will cause the image to fail processing after upload. Currently, you’ll have to connect your phone via computer to upload the images to the platform. We are working on a fix for this, but we’re currently unable to upload photos with metadata via web browser by the iOS system.
